Always there for you. I'm a widow who finally traded my 15 year old car. Leased a 2019 Subaru Outback. Absolutely love the car. Al was my sales person. Not trustworthy. Poor follow through and communication. I brought my car in on a Saturday for an oil leak and oil change. When I made the appointment and when I dropped my car off, I informed them that my l I brought my car in on a Saturday for an oil leak and oil change. When I made the appointment and when I dropped my car off, I informed them that my low tire pressure light was on and my tires need to be filled. They told me this was standard. I was informed they would call me to let me know what they find about the oil leak but never did. I finally called them at 3:40 because I had been told I needed to pick my car up by 4, but they said I can pick it up by 5. When I got there the service department was closed so I couldn’t ask anyone wy my low tire pressure light was still on. I was told I had to wait until Monday to speak to someone because they are closed Sundays. Short story long, when I called Monday, I was told they “probably” put air in my tires. So at 8 months pregnant, in the winter, 2 days after I brought my car in for service, I had to go to the gas station to check if they had done their job. My tires should be at 32 and 33 but 3 of them were at 28 and one was at 24. How do I know if they checked my anti freeze or if I have windshield wiper fluid? I called to speak to a manager, left a message and spoke to someone else who told me they would have a manager call me back. No one ever called me back. Why pay more for a dealership when I never would have had these issues with my local mechanic. Lesson learned. Dealerships are too big to care about taking care of their people. I’ll never go back nor will I recommend. More
Car wasn’t repaired properly Brought our 2015 Subaru Legacy in for a squeeling sound from the engine. The service department diagnosed it as a bad serpentine belt tensioner. Total Brought our 2015 Subaru Legacy in for a squeeling sound from the engine. The service department diagnosed it as a bad serpentine belt tensioner. Total cost was $344,60. Upon driving home from the dealer the car is making the same exact noise. We scheduled another appointment for 13-Feb. I am concerned I paid $344 to replace a part that was not bad. Additionally I was charged a diagnostic fee. Obviously the problem was not properly diagnosed. More

Let me start by saying that as a sales manager for a high-ticket item industry, I was BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism and customer care here at Hald Let me start by saying that as a sales manager for a high-ticket item industry, I was BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism and customer care here at Haldemann Subaru. Not only did Mike Manna (manager) and salesman Kevin approach my boyfriend and I to establish a line of contact, but they made the entire buying process painless and easy. My boyfriend and I live an hour away, and after a dreadful experience at a dealer down the road, we decided to just take a look at the inventory here at Haldemann Subaru. They were closed, but we were looking outside at their used cars . My boyfriend had just totaled his truck so we were stressed beyond belief and losing hope . Mike and Kevin approached us and asked us some questions, gave us a card and eventually led us inside to show us a few cars in their computer system. Exceptional salesmanship and so friendly. After my experience here , I discussed their techniques with my OWN STAFF to show how far the extra mile really does go. Kevin and Mike were able to set us up with a car that admittedly, was a little out of our budget . We were so impressed and trusted them so thoroughly, we pulled the trigger and came back the next day to pick up our 2017 Crosstrek. Thank you Mike and Kevin for your hard work and dedication to our purchase. No matter how far I live, I will be going the extra miles to choose Haldemann Subaru next time because you went the extra mile for us. More
