Worst purchase experience ever Bought a 2019 Outback, paid cash. They lost the keys between my test drive and signing the paperwork. I sat for 2 hours waiting for the keys to my new Bought a 2019 Outback, paid cash. They lost the keys between my test drive and signing the paperwork. I sat for 2 hours waiting for the keys to my new car. Ryshawn had another customer when I returned from closing the deal, made no effort to locate my keys, but neither did anyone else, seems like once they have your money they could care less. Also, I questioned a charge for $300 theft insurance that is printed on their invoice, I was simply told it’s standard. I checked it out the next day and decided I didn’t need additional coverage and called the manage to cancel. It’s been 2 1/2 months and still no refund check. All I can say it never again and buyer beware. More
