Quality and Fair Professionalism I was recommended to Haldeman Subaru via my USAA car buying program. When i entered the dealership it was clean, professional, and I was greeted immed I was recommended to Haldeman Subaru via my USAA car buying program. When i entered the dealership it was clean, professional, and I was greeted immediately by Steve Leonardo-Sales Manager. He introduced me to Dirk Zondag-Salesman who was also very professional. They were quick to appraise my trade-in but we couldn't arrive to a suitable number at the time. After leaving the dealership I followed up with Dirk that we may wait awhile.Then Steve returned my call to advise we could make the numbers work for the deal we were seeking. I brought my wife back later that evening (almost closing time) and Steve waited for us and had the car pulled out and ready for her to test drive. The numbers worked finally and we picked up the car at our convenience on the following Saturday afternoon. When we arrived the car was already prepped and Danny Newton-Finance had all of our paperwork ready to go. Quick read through and explanations of all the items then Dirk completed the delivery and explanation of the Forester to us. In fact, I still haven't figured out how to display it again. Before I took the car in for service, the steering wheel was where I wanted it, the speed was displayed where it was convenient for me to see it, and the clock was only an hour off (due to daylight savings time). If the service man had changed it to the correct time, that would have been fine, but instead it's about 8 hours off. More
