Tire replacement Overall service went well, finished on time. However, I voiced my concern about the stock tire from Yokohama. With just 10,000 miles on it, the tire should not have blown out like it did for hitting those metal road reflector studs at slow speed. I've read Yokohama tires are prone to blow outs, defects and other safety issues; this tire must have been from a bad batch. I hope the new tire and the other tires hold up better. More

Steve Leonardo, the Manager, gave me so much hands-on personal treatment and expert consultation about scoring the right deal with the vehicle that’s right that it was hard to believe. I began to feel like he and I grew-up together and were family. Jesse Forshey is a premier sales associate that immediately puts you at ease and he also quickly cultivates a close friend and familial relationship. A real honest, good guy. Though John Wagstaff probably wasn’t going to make any money off the deal because he was not the salesperson of record, still he dedicated every spare moment he had, between his deals, to chat with me and lend the many years of his experience to assist me and reassure me that I was making the right choice. Moreover, John and I had a general broad scope discussion about business and family and I can truly say he is one of the wisest people I’ve ever met. He really is a sage. Ryshawn Cooper walked me through the control features of the car like no one else has ever been able to do. He is so good at his profession that he should be training all other Subaru staff at corporate headquarters on the expertise of this job position.
