I can’t believe perfect got better! I’m as giddy as a schoolboy in love with Haldeman! Seriously, after I leased my second car from Steve Leonardo and Jessie Forshay, I actually found my I’m as giddy as a schoolboy in love with Haldeman! Seriously, after I leased my second car from Steve Leonardo and Jessie Forshay, I actually found myself thinking: maybe I should lease a third one just to help them make higher sales. I know, that sounds stupid but I really felt that way because they were that good to me. Then of course I got hold of myself and realized I can’t afford a third new car. What did they do that was so great? Well, let me tell you: first, they did everything right and I’m hard to please. Most especially, they gave me the personal touch. I was so worried about my return vehicle because it had some deep stains from my 7-year-old’s spills. Steve Leonardo sent me to a few experts who rolled out the red carpet to help me, at Steve’s request, and they got the stains out. I had been told by other professionals that it could not be cleaned. Next, I changed my order 4-times and Jessie and Steve treated me like family and kept changing the car I had agreed to order to another one that I wanted instead. They remained patient with me the whole time and kept telling me they just wanted me to drive off with the right car, no matter how many times I changed my mind. I wanted some options that only came on a more expensive model and Steve and Jessie pointed out that I really didn’t need those options and saved me a bundle of money by recommending I buy the less equipped model - what honest people, you don’t see that anywhere nowadays. It was a heartwarming experience. And again for this car, John Wagstaff lent me his expertise to reassure me I was buying the right car even though he wasn’t my sales guy. And Ryshawn Cooper - he’s the man when it comes to explaining how to operate the vehicle- does that guy sleep or does he just study drivers’ manuals day and night? Even the finance guy, Danny, was top notch- explaining everything as we went along. Also, Michael Manna, another manager, came out to congratulate me on my new car and to tell me I had really done well on this lease. That was after I had already leased the car so I knew it was genuine and not just a sales pitch. He too reassured me that Steve was going to help me get the return vehicle processed the most effective way possible. Finally, I have to admit that I priced around just to be sure I was getting a good deal and Steve’s price was the lowest by far. Wow! They are the best in every way. Disappointed Customer I don’t like that I have to make an appointment three weeks in advance. They only seem to be interested in Ford products. I only go there because they are the closest dealership. I’m sorry I bought three Subarus from this dealership. I won’t be buying Subaru anytime soon. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.
