Much joy I went in to the dealership with a definite purpose - pick out a color. The salesman, Doug, was very good at listening to all my wants. Eventually, he offered to show me a car in the color that I wanted though it was not the model I wanted. Well, I fell in love with that particular car. From there Doug assisted me all the way to the finale. There was always good humor and no pressure. More

Meh - not recommended I have brought my vehicles here since around 2010. I don’t know if management changed, but service is not what it used to be. Supposed to do a multi I have brought my vehicles here since around 2010. I don’t know if management changed, but service is not what it used to be. Supposed to do a multipoint inspection, but the last 2 times I didn’t get the form. They said oh we can do it right now or you can come back when it’s more convenient. That’s requiring more of my time when they should have done it in the first place. I have complained on these feedback forms but nobody cares at this place because nobody ever called to make it right. Won’t Go back. More
