Five Months ago you diagnosed faulty radio in my Legacy I am still waiting for a replacement. The fault was the radio would not maintain contact with Serius XM Radio. I miss it. I had recently taken the car (2015 Forrester) to a car wash and the rear wiper had not been taped down. The wiper was definitely OK until about 2 weeks after the car wash visit, but no doubt had been loosened. She suggested that I personally tape it in the future to prevent its dislocation. I would consider her (sorry I didn't get her name) to be an exceptional employee and I think I genuine assert to the dealership. More
