Outback Oil Change I’m giving the highest rating possible because my service agent Paul is always phenomenal. With that said I also need to mention that to sit there for 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous, as if my time isn’t important. If I could drop off my car and pick it up I would, but I can’t, so I wait and half my morning is shot. This is routine, every time I come down, scheduled in advance. This is not Paul’s fault- you guys need to figure out a better process or improve the productivity of your mechanics. I’m giving you honest feedback so you can improve your customer service. Thanks.
