When I tried to tell her about coupons I've had in the past, she provided incorrect information about how the dealership processes coupons. Ultimately someone intervened and corrected her. She then explained that she was new, and my reply was well if you are new, you really should listen more than talk. I hope they get a new receptionist who is willing to ask for help if she doesn't know what to do or how to treat a customer. More
