I agreed and asked him for the "special internet price". He proceeded to hand me over to a cocky, rude, arrogent pushy sales manager who immediatly tried not to give me a better price and then acted like a jerk when I asked him to give me the price anyway. Then they texted me that I WAS RUDE TO THE MANAGER!!!! I will not buy a car here ever! More

Despite a wonderful sales team, the service team leaves much to be desired. Pushing unnecessary maintenance on women and overcharging does not leave one grateful or appreciative. A terrible experience with Haldeman. We purchased two cars 6 months ago. when i brought in my car for service, i expected to have the Auto butler service they promised. It turned out that the sales person did not put this product in my profile. He also didn't do it for my wife's car. My wife today was attempting to get her 6 month service, service said they would pick the car up at 830am, no one came and no one called. once we got some on the phone they told us that they don't start until 9am, and that we are out of their pick up radius. we called both the service manager and general manager (twice) with no return phone calls. Still at this hour no return phone calls. Yes - they finally came to pick the car up for service as promised 3 hour late. Leadership and customer service are tied together. If the leaders of the dealership do not treat customers with respect with return phone calls, how do you expect for the people who work under them to treat customers. They are turning this customer relationship sour - by not having the common courtesy to return a phone call to a dissatisfied customer. Shame! This is the way an franchise owner, doesn't understand why sales and service revenue go down. I am sure they are not elevating this steller customer service to ownership. Shame. More
