We found the sales personnel vey professional and courteous. After owning 5 Acuras, we opted for the RX350, which we purchased. We love the car and so far found the unit up to all expectations. Everyone I dealt with was very cordial and ready to answer any questions I had. Bruce very efficiently arranged for me to test drive a Lexus IS, and a Lexus 350. Joel Gordon was very helpful in providing lease and purchase considerations for the 2013 GS350 I was interested in, and eventually purchased via Lexus Financing. Scott was very helpful in reviewing features of the GS350, and helping me complete certain documents. Dan helped to arrange the financing. In summary, Lawrence Lexus should serve as example for all auto dealers to emulate. Note that some years ago my wife purchased a Lexus RX from Lawrence Lexus, and was extremely pleased with their sales staff, and later service staff. Her prior experience served to bring me back to Lawrence Lexus to determine if they had a vehicle that met my needs. More

After 4 RX350 leases, decided to go with a CT this time, purchase was easy and no hassle (same as last 4 times we've bought cars here, which is one of the reasons we stick with Lexus), Nico went over the ne purchase was easy and no hassle (same as last 4 times we've bought cars here, which is one of the reasons we stick with Lexus), Nico went over the new navigation and technology very thoroughly, very happy with the CT and I'm saving $100 per month just in fuel!! We were treated in a professional manner from the beginning. Even when i was negociating the price on the car, my offers were not treated with scorn. No one laughed at me when I made my offer. Ok dealership. Ok Customer service when buying the car but no followup once the car is bought . Looks like they are happy to take the money but no follow-up after the sales seems the dealership doesn't c but no followup once the car is bought .
