Misrepresented true condition of car and wanted more money down, after we had already paid $500 to hold the car, or risk getting beat out by someone who would offer a higher price than we agreed to! The car was not ready to sell since it had a blue spot on car seat which he said "I" could get out and discovered in day 3 of contact that wheels had to be buffed out because apparently someone hit a curb. He stated that their policy is to list cars first and then repair? (What happened to the 161 point Lexus certified pre-owned checklist?). More
