Since the vehicle had a few different features Nico was excellent in showing how the new features work. You will walk in and feel at home and not feel bombarded with people hovering over you. I plan to have my car serviced at the dealership, as I did with my last car, because they have the entire history of the car's service record available by computer (and at any Lexus dealership).
