Once you make a purchase they do not wanna pay any attention to your needs. They will keep calling until you buy and then you can not get any help after the deal is done. Lexus needs to monitor there sales reps and workers a lot better. Lexus is a great brand but this dealer is not the one you go to. Kevin Dunn is definitely the worse there. Brian Bennett runs the the place and he could care less about repeat business. Tom Harding is the only decent and good guy over there. But I would not send any business there at all. More

Very easy buying experience. I went in wanting a specific car as far as colors(exterior & interior), I knew the car was hard to find but they told me upfront it could be up to 120 days to get the exact car i car as far as colors(exterior & interior), I knew the car was hard to find but they told me upfront it could be up to 120 days to get the exact car i wanted. I put a deposit down and although i wished it was sooner, the car did arrive to the dealership in the time frame provided. Very little pressure from the financing department on the add-ons. Everything went smooth and I was very satisfied. More
It was a very positive experience at Lawrence Lexus. Our sales person, Bruce Bressler was very informative and friendly resulting in a positive experience for all. This was second purchase here, and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. Our Sales Executive, Jean, was great. The helped the process go smooth and enjoyable…and she was great with our kids. I had a great car buying experience thanks to Brian Bennet and Joe Laurito. Joe's friendly, knows his job inside out. He's fast and very organized. I rated the dealership high for several reasons, easy transaction, helpfulness of sales, no high pressure tactics and the knowledge of the sales and finance rep. Everyone was courteous, the receptionist transaction, helpfulness of sales, no high pressure tactics and the knowledge of the sales and finance rep. Everyone was courteous, the receptionist (Alicia) was professional, courteous and welcomed everyone that came in the door. While this is a smaller dealership than one that I previously visited, Lawrence Lexus is able compete with product knowledge and price. I was more comfortable here than at the larger dealership, and the price & trade turned out to be a better value. Was treated like a person here, the people talk to you here, not at you. Although both Scott Hallman and Joe Albanese are salesmen, they worked together very well to make my deal happen. If there are any negatives about the dealership, I haven't discovered them. Very positive experience & I recommend the dealership. More
