Finally, Camille gave me a "tour" of my new Lexus and showed me how all the buttons and new gadgets worked. I can go back anytime with questions. I plan to have my car serviced at the dealership, as I did with my last car, because they have the entire history of the car's service record available by computer (and at any Lexus dealership).
