Immediately, you are greeted by Sue Siebers, the receptionist who has served the company well for seventeen years. Donna Rosen will also greet you sometimes. These girls are the glue that holds the entire facility together. The General Manager, Brian Bennett was visible and quite personable. It was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Joseph Laurito my salesperson was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient in every phase of the sales process. Thank you for renewing my faith in a dealership that truly takes the time to listen, inform and assist the customer in making a substantial purchase. Lastly, kudos to all your staff for the honesty, integrity, humor, and helpful attitudes I encountered during the time I was there. More
Insulting Salesman It has been a while, but I still feel insulted by the salesman named John DeFrancis. He took me for a test drive without explaining any technology. After coming back from the test drive, he offered me a price, which is WAY ABOVE Truecar price. I got annoyed and pointed this out. He looks annoyed and asked me "Why didn't you tell me you know the truecar price?" Are you kidding me? In what universe this becomes my responsibility. Still I asked some more discount, and he became rude. I told him Mercedez nearby gives a better price for the comparable car. "Then go to buy a Mercedez!" "You really go to Princeton? You must be kidding me, or you are wasting our times." I end up with getting the car at the price I offered at another dealer. This guy is extremely uneducated and rude. I don't know how he can keep his job. Terrible. PS: I do hold a PhD from Princeton, and I am now a Professor in a very prestigious university in the US. More

At first, I was doubting about the deal because the offering price was a bit lower in consideration of model, T5 premier AWD, year, and pictures of the car. But I gave it a shot to make a long trip down to Princeton, believing in Kevin, a salesperson in the dealer shop. Finally, my bet turned to be a satisfactory deal. He is responsible and make things very simple and quick. If you see the salesperson of the year trophies for last 7 consecutive years in his room, you could not help but finding yourself depending on his recommendation. More
