Profit over safety and rude sales person is how I would sum up my experience. I decided to write this review after taking my car for it's first oil change at an independent shop and was told that I needed sum up my experience. I decided to write this review after taking my car for it's first oil change at an independent shop and was told that I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I drove just under 5k miles when I took it to the shop. I confirmed all the brakes/rotors needed to be replace by going to another Lexus dealership and they confirmed all brakes and rotors were recommended to be replaced during the CPO process but Haldeman decided against the recommendation. I do recall during the purchasing process inquiring about the brakes and when they were last serviced. I was explicitly told by Jay Pandey that they met Lexus' CPO criteria. It's sad that the sales team and dealership would go against their technician's recommendations over a safety item, especially since the CPO criteria doesn't take into consideration things like rust and only measure thickness of the material. Additionally, Jay Pandey was very rude during the entire process. He did not provide a walk through of the vehicle and expected me to know all of the different functionality. While attempting to negotiate the listed price, he refused to discuss pricing while adding documentation fees to the price tag and literally told me to 'get out' when I told him I want to negotiate the price and I wouldn't accept the documentation fee. The whole situation got escalated to Hristo Stoykov and we finally reached a deal after Hristo provided a 'discount' equivalent to the dealership fee and reduced the price by removing the 'CPO' extended warranty. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership but if someone does choose to buy a car from them, I would pick a different sales person and request a full detailed service history and technician's report (based on my understanding, this should be provided at the time of purchase per Toyota's policy but this wasn't provided for my transaction). More

The few requests I had were instantly addressed. Anyone who's been car shopping has experienced wading through sales spiels, obvious strategies, and endless negotiation to get to a reasonable price. There was none of that at this dealership at all. Lela was awesome to work with and I highly recommend going to her when you're in the market for your next car. It was a very easy car buying experience and I very much appreciate that. More
