Not only was this offensive, he told us that there were no special financing offers which we later found out was a complete lie! We ended up going to Freehold Lexus that same day and left with a beautiful car! You need to check out Ray Catena in Freehold -- it is a top class dealership! They really care about their customers! The showroom was impressive with the wood walls. Noel was able to provide us with everything that we asked for. Lou was very helpful by answering the many questions that we had and he escorted us to the impressive customer lounge. Andrew spent an hour with educating us on the use of all of the gadgets in the car. Kelly was funny and she made the whole financial transaction enjoyable. What a team of professionals!!! More

Car great. Title and tag process horrendous My car was purchased 12/26. My temporary tags expired on 1/14/16. The dealership lost the certificate of origin for my car. I had to take 3 hours out My car was purchased 12/26. My temporary tags expired on 1/14/16. The dealership lost the certificate of origin for my car. I had to take 3 hours out of a busy day to drive to the DMV to get another temporary tag. Was berated by the woman there because my tag expired as if it was somehow my fault. I paid cash for my car. In my opinion i should have received the title and certificate of origin the day i picked up my car!! This is ridiculous. The new tag cost $20 and is good for 30 days. I have been informed that this is all the DE DMV can do for me and evidently if my new tags aren't in by 2/11/16 i am simply out of luck. Haldeman Lexus hasn't done anything to help me. I spoke to a manager named John on 2/13. He promised to call me back after he spoke to the people in the Title department. Guess what-I'm still waiting for him to call me back. This is the 2nd car i have purchased here however the name of the dealership has changed since my first purchase. If I had known what I was going to deal with after the purchase i would have bought the car in Wilm. DE. I am not impressed with this purchase in any kind of a positive way and would not recommend this dealer. More
