Lela Hill was extremely friendly and made the car buying process quick and seamless. I was in the market for a used Camry with fairly low mileage, and the one I found at Haldeman Lexus of Princeton was by f process quick and seamless. I was in the market for a used Camry with fairly low mileage, and the one I found at Haldeman Lexus of Princeton was by far the best option. It was also priced extremely well. The few requests I had were instantly addressed. Anyone who's been car shopping has experienced wading through sales spiels, obvious strategies, and endless negotiation to get to a reasonable price. There was none of that at this dealership at all. Lela was awesome to work with and I highly recommend going to her when you're in the market for your next car. It was a very easy car buying experience and I very much appreciate that. More

Zero Rating! 👎🏽 My husband and I went this morning only to be spoken down to by George Abel and Joseph treated us with no respect from our entrance in the door! As a prior automotive industry worker and in car sales for 3 years I was nervous about going to dealerships for my next vehicle purchase out of my network of asking for a referral from old workers as I di for 3 years I was nervous about going to dealerships for my next vehicle purchase out of my network of asking for a referral from old workers as I didn’t want to deal with all of the xx sales tactics some dealers do having to waste your whole day at a dealer to go back and forth for negotiation. When I first inquired about their 2021 IS350 in stock I spoke to Michelle Sabine. She was upbeat positive and amazing to work with I cannot say enough about her. She treated me like I would treat any of my old clients I sold cars and how I would expect to be treated with honesty and respect from a luxury brand dealership. I shopped about 6 different dealerships in an 100 mile radius that had what I wanted in my IS350 however most of them either played games or would match the for one that didn’t have the sunroof I needed. Michelle and her team were very patient with me as I was making my final decision on the vehicle and shopped around and kept in touch always when I had a lot of questions to confirm details of their approval/deal. Finally after all of my research was completed I decided to make the deal with Michelle! I gave her all of the documents she needed over the phone and arrived at the dealer and everything was ready to go. Fast process the car was cleaned, paperwork was ready and I was out of there. Thank you so much to the Haldeman team and I will see you again for service and in 3 years for my next lease! More
