Profit over safety and rude sales person is how I would sum up my experience. I decided to write this review after taking my car for it's first oil change at an independent shop and was told that I needed sum up my experience. I decided to write this review after taking my car for it's first oil change at an independent shop and was told that I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I drove just under 5k miles when I took it to the shop. I confirmed all the brakes/rotors needed to be replace by going to another Lexus dealership and they confirmed all brakes and rotors were recommended to be replaced during the CPO process but Haldeman decided against the recommendation. I do recall during the purchasing process inquiring about the brakes and when they were last serviced. I was explicitly told by Jay Pandey that they met Lexus' CPO criteria. It's sad that the sales team and dealership would go against their technician's recommendations over a safety item, especially since the CPO criteria doesn't take into consideration things like rust and only measure thickness of the material. Additionally, Jay Pandey was very rude during the entire process. He did not provide a walk through of the vehicle and expected me to know all of the different functionality. While attempting to negotiate the listed price, he refused to discuss pricing while adding documentation fees to the price tag and literally told me to 'get out' when I told him I want to negotiate the price and I wouldn't accept the documentation fee. The whole situation got escalated to Hristo Stoykov and we finally reached a deal after Hristo provided a 'discount' equivalent to the dealership fee and reduced the price by removing the 'CPO' extended warranty. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership but if someone does choose to buy a car from them, I would pick a different sales person and request a full detailed service history and technician's report (based on my understanding, this should be provided at the time of purchase per Toyota's policy but this wasn't provided for my transaction). Syed takes the personal accountability throughout the process of Sales until handover of the car, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction in every step! Special shout-out to the General Sales Manager (GSM): George Able for approving quick/great deal, and Brian Finn from Finance in helping us with a smooth paper work! I would also like to thank Phil, Delivery Specialist for explaining and ensuring the features while handover! Kudos to the entire Haldeman Lexus Team at Princeton for their extraordinary work! More

The guy comes in early on his day off to get the deal done; and he was a true pleasure to work with. Had the car ready to go when I got there and had my trade evaluated while I was test driving. I was super direct with him; and he not only appreciated it but reciprocated it. We got the deal done quickly and seamlessly. He went the extra mile on his day off to work around my schedule as I had a limited window to get a deal put together because I work largely at night. I will be back in during the spring to trade out my wife’s vehicle with Scott. This dealership has an amazing team. Brian in F and I was a pleasure to work with as well. No games..no wasted time. He presented me with options, explained the details and got me in and out. More
Lela Hill was extremely friendly and made the car buying process quick and seamless. I was in the market for a used Camry with fairly low mileage, and the one I found at Haldeman Lexus of Princeton was by f process quick and seamless. I was in the market for a used Camry with fairly low mileage, and the one I found at Haldeman Lexus of Princeton was by far the best option. It was also priced extremely well. The few requests I had were instantly addressed. Anyone who's been car shopping has experienced wading through sales spiels, obvious strategies, and endless negotiation to get to a reasonable price. There was none of that at this dealership at all. Lela was awesome to work with and I highly recommend going to her when you're in the market for your next car. It was a very easy car buying experience and I very much appreciate that. More

Zero Rating! 👎🏽 My husband and I went this morning only to be spoken down to by George Abel and Joseph treated us with no respect from our entrance in the door! After looking at many different cars at many different dealerships, Haldeman Lexus was a refreshing change. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and courteous.
