I felt at ease throughout the entire process and completely comfortable with everyone at the dealership. My transition to the finance office with Kelly was also very impressive. Everything was trans parent and clear for me to understand and more importantly done in a timely fashion. Not once throughout the entire process of buying a car did I feel threatened or pressured in anyway whatsoever. couldn’t be more happier that I did that! This review is coming from a former car salesman and I will be honest, I kept waiting for what we all usually expect- some kind of pressure or sales tactics that are a bit unsavory to say the least.
