I dropped my car for service primarily for a specific problem, loud and vibration seemingly under hood. The tech said he test drove and all was well, but he suggested new tires and balance. I picked up the car and $2500 later and the problem still exists. Now I need to return and find another tech and test drive it with him. I am concerned that the engine may get damaged or driving is unsafe. This is my second of two nearly identical cars I bought from you, 300,000 miles driven and I know when something is not right.
