I was glad that they were able to change my oil successfully. However, I asked the Service Manager to mark my keys with "Do Not Wash", which she did, my car was washed. Please ask your technician to be more careful of when a customer has a request for not running his car through the wash. I also had a problem with the "upselling" that takes place during a service visit. I was presented with 3 services that ranged from $114-$250 - all of which seemed like they were unnecessary. More
