I took my Lexus to this place on August 28. My car did not have the parking assistance malfunction light on when I handed the vehicle to the technician. When I got my car back, Tara stated it w My car did not have the parking assistance malfunction light on when I handed the vehicle to the technician. When I got my car back, Tara stated it was outside and they did the a wash and vacuum, car was still dirty and had the parking assistance malfunction light on. I went back inside and told Tara about this issue. She said there is nothing they could do for me since my car is a salvage title and I needed to pay for a diagnostic. I told her again, my parking assistance malfunction lights were not on, she insisted for me to pay for the diagnostic. It is not professional, for them to put an sticker that my car needed oil change at 5k miles, I took the car for an oil change and Tara stated that just tired rotation and when they do the job”, they have the car with some lights that were not on prior to service. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car to this place. Now I have to go to another dealer to find out what is wrong with my car and spend money. If you decide to take your car to this dealer, place take a picture of your dashboard before. More
