Best Decision I Ever Made So, I get in an accident during a snowstorm, and my insurance company "totals" the car, giving me a window of about 5 business days before they take m So, I get in an accident during a snowstorm, and my insurance company "totals" the car, giving me a window of about 5 business days before they take my rental away. Bottom line, I needed a replacement and fast. Now, I didn't want to rush and make the wrong decision. I wanted a practical car, but also one with some cool upgrades (heated seats, ontouch, etc). So I went to Ford because it was close and I thought it would give me a chance to see some potential cars in person. This is when I met, Damon. Damon, without a doubt, was the best car salesman I ever dealt with. He wasn't pushy, he sympathized with my plight, and he made it clear he was going to get me a car that fit MY needs and MY budget. After some research and fact finding, Damon suggested a FORD EDGE, that was on the lot. The car was fantastic and totally in my price range. Damon made it clear there was no "fine print" or "hidden fees" to the bottom line price. He had the car inspected, cleaned, and even made sure the brakes were perfect before letting me drive off the lot. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me with warranty packages, but he was great also. No pushing. No "scare tactics." Just presented me with the options that were available. It was very refreshing. I can't recommend this dealership enough. I love this car more than the one I had (And I loved that one, too!) Thank you, Damon. And thank you Ford Haldeman.
