I asked about a lease to contrast the price and was going to decide... but was leaning towards the used 2015. I asked for an out the door price on the used 2015 and the salesmen said the sticker was not the real price as he went to see the wizard of oz for a number. I had my son take a picture of the sticker and as he was looking at the truck the lot man came and drove it away. The salesman came back with a price of 36k+. Have you ever seen, or is it even legal, to change a price tag in the middle of a negotiation? Kept me 2 hours for that. Pretty shady. As I was driving around back of the building, the guy from the lot was scraping off the sticker. How wack is that move? Wow...just wow! More

Ryan, my salesman at Haldeman Ford in East Windsor, NJ, got me this truck in spite of a somewhat mediocre credit status. The people at Windsor Ford are great - right down to the receptionist/operator. Everyone was very friendly and helpful including the General Manager and the finance guy who both got deeply involved in getting me approved with a great bank. A year later and my Ramger is running great. (I have all my service done by Ford - my local Ford dealership does everything necessary to keep my truck up to speed - Performance Ford/Lincoln in Randolph, NJ) I lucked into this one previous owner Ranger five years after they stopped producing them (for now) and I love it !!! I even got the Gap coverage and the premium bumper to bumper extended warrenty! Thanks Ford ! More

He didn't have the right truck in inventory, so he went online and found a truck which was a good fit for my needs at another dealer. I accepted this truck. Then the next day he called me and said that he had continued to search and found another truck which was an even better fit for me and which cost $2,000 less! Naturally I was very happy, and I bought that second truck. The whole time Tom was very easy to work with, not pushy at all. Completely knowledgeable about all aspects, including technical details of accessories. When time came to settle on a price, Tom found me several promotions and rebates that really helped. Tom Korenz there early as I'm leaving, we strike up a general conversation, and I decide to take it for a test drive. I didn't need to be sold; I needed to have someone talk to me about this particular vehicle. Tom was great. Learned what I needed & got what I wanted. Took possession that morning!
