As always, Ken Ruch was accessible to us and worked with us via text and phone to find the deals that worked for us. Once we went to the dealership, we also worked with Howard Salmon and closed the deal on our 2018 Edge and 2016 CPO Explorer. The service is always top-notch and the part I love the most? No gimmicks, no BS and no "hidden guys behind the office door" where the salesmen run into to get you the 'best deal'. We KNOW that if it comes from Ken and his team, we are already getting the best deal so there is no need to go back and forth for hours on end. Thanks to the great service, friendly staff and honest business ethic, we have no intention of going anywhere else! More
Never getting a Ford again I've recently dropped off an early lease of a 2015 Ford Fusion and I'm never doing business with Haldeman Ford or Ford in general again. I previously I've recently dropped off an early lease of a 2015 Ford Fusion and I'm never doing business with Haldeman Ford or Ford in general again. I previously leased a 2012 Ford Edge from a dealer up north and turned it into a Ford Fusion lease. At the time, buying through Bryan Wheeler, I incurred a bunch of after inspection charges on my Edge a month after my Fusion deal was done. The Edge was returned in great condition. I owed close to $1,000 in fees. I felt that was horrible business, but I was already locked in for another 3 years. 2 months later, I was pulled over by the cops and given a ticket for outdated car registration. I asked the cop how could that possibly be on a brand new leased vehicle? Bryan Wheeler failed to properly renew my registration with my car. As a result, I received a $60 ticket and a $1,000 a year for 3 years surcharge on my insurance. Thanks Haldeman Ford! Finally, to top it off, I just turned in my Ford Fusion a couple weeks ago. I called Ford Credit begging to schedule my inspection so I wouldn't incur inspection charges again. They wouldn't schedule it with me, said to ask the dealer. When I turned in the car, I requested an inspection date at the dealer and they said the credit company handles that. They both lied and used each other as the reason. I just received a bill for $150 for excess charges. Wonderful business Ford does. I will never do business with Ford or Haldeman again, and I'll pass the word to everyone I know. More
