Bought a 2016 ford expedition brought up issues I heard during the test drive to Damon and McKinsey I was told service would Look at them. I was told there wasn’t anything wrong and everything was address during the test drive to Damon and McKinsey I was told service would Look at them. Later on after giving me the keys I found out the remote start module was fried so I left it for them to fix found out they said they had to order parts. 30 days later I found out they waited to put it thru my ford premium care and they took care of the ductiable so they didn’t pay the cost and labor. Told them about other nosies which I was told it’s has a 100k put premium fuel in it which was not the issue the plug needed to be changes as well as it needs 14,000 worth of work to be done If they were honest I would have looked for another car. Now service manage tim blew me off and felt after going over his head to jr everything was being covered up this is my 4 th car I have brought from them and being a service member I feel them flying a wounded warrior flag is a cover up to welcome member to sell them problem cars. I have contacted ford motor company, local media and will be sharing Experiance with family friends and co workers STAY AWAY Damon and McKenzie were great people JR is the one who I felt was the bad energy and turned good sale people into to sharks Damon was always honest but Jr had a bad influence and would force his hand in the other direction More
In conclusion, my experience with Haldeman Ford has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their deceptive practices and broken promises have left me feeling cheated and disillusioned. Trust me when I say that the temporary satisfaction of driving away in a new car is not worth the long-term consequences of dealing with this unscrupulous dealership. Will be complaining to Better Business Bureau as well. Will do my best to take a legal matter with this dealership. It's been seven months. I've been waiting for them to rectify this situation and they have a greed. The manager and sales rep that I was misled.Jeff was my rep and Merek was my manager both agreed I was misled and said they would do everything to help me out because other manger got involved everything was screwed. To whom it may concern, First and Foremost I think I can dispense with all of the formalities, all of you guy know who I am, I purchased a Tesla from your Ford dealership in Windsor on March 23 think I can dispense with all of the formalities, all of you guy know who I am, I purchased a Tesla from your Ford dealership in Windsor on March 23 of 2023 after being there for over 6 consecutive hours while Damon and Jeff charged the vehicle only 15% as the deal was being made I made Jeff and Damon aware that back trunk piece was missing they assured in writing that it would be taken care of, I also relayed to Jeff how glove compartment would not open or get stuck! After leaving the dealership at 8 PM at night when the dealership close we drove proximately 50 miles and car got stuck due to no more battery life, had to tow the car, the rest of the way home which I live in Long Island, New York, which I occurred a $600 towing fee! I did not blame Jeff or Damon for the situation, in my defense, it’s my first Tesla!!! The next morning after waking up, after charging the Tesla, I try to roll down driver-side window and it’s not working I immediately call Jeff and left a message, then I spoke to Ben who intern relayed me back to jeff and says he can handle it! Meantime asking me about a $6000 warranty and they said that I should purchase! Let me make this clear it has not even been 12 hours yet! I haven’t received any callback from the dealership. Every time I called I would get voicemail I left voicemail for JR, which is the general manager and several messages for Jeff and Ben with no return call after a few days I got in contact with Jeff the sale guy, meaning today and he informed me it’s not his fault he’s doing what he’s told, so I informed him I would be coming up to the dealership and proceeded to end the phone calls, 20 minutes later I receive a phone from Ben stating I should’ve purchased the warranty because how do they know it wasn’t something I did, so I purchased a 60k car and broke it so you guys can pay for it because my life is that boring, common sense is not common when people are trying to rob you!!!! Funny my last 2 vehicles have been from Ford and this the way you do business! Obviously this problem has to be mediated by a judge. I will be going to the Tesla to have them fix the problems and going to court and giving you guys the bill! Lamont Jones More
From the moment that we walked in, Kyle Ryan made us feel welcomed. His no pressure attitude and friendliness is just what we needed. My wife and I are so thankful. Very important for us, there were NO hidden-all-of-a-sudden fees that they neglected to tell us upfront. What they said the price will be is what it was. No gimmicks, no making you feel bad about not buying the extra stuff. It was just great. Ben the guy who worked the financing was just as great as Kyle. Everybody was so nice, we had such a great experience. We recommend this dealer 1000%! Now we have our new car and our family is so HAPPY! More
