Terrible service! I was sold on "The Lincoln Way" and the "great customer service" I would receive when my new Lincoln needed service. My check engine light came on and I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to br "great customer service" I would receive when my new Lincoln needed service. My check engine light came on and I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to bring it in until they had a loner to give me. I drove there this morning to drop my Lincoln off and then they called Enterprise to bring me a Toyota Corolla and Enterprise needed a $50 deposit. I didn't buy a new Lincoln to drive a crappy Corolla. When I brought it to their attention that I would not drive a Corolla I was told that's the best they could do. I left with my Lincoln and will go somewhere else. 2 hours of my day wasted. Don't waste your time here. More
