Major Problem with Older Expedition Made Easy My 2008 Expedition is under a Ford extended warranty and has been maintained at Haldeman Allentown Ford for the last 4 years. My service guy is Pete My 2008 Expedition is under a Ford extended warranty and has been maintained at Haldeman Allentown Ford for the last 4 years. My service guy is Pete K. My Expedition has been my ride to work up and down Route 78 since we bought it. It has also taken my family, friends, dog and associated stuff on many trips all over the Northeast. Love my Ford. I ran into some major mechanical trouble recently. The work was covered by the warrantee. Pete took charge of the logistics and business side of the issue. He got us squared away with temporary transportation and got our Expedition on the lift and back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks Pete and thanks Haldeman for making a difficult situation relatively easy to deal with. More

Do not purchase a used car from this dealer!! Do not buy a used car from this dealer!!! We purchased a used 2016 Dodge Ram with around 3,000 miles and we had to replace the clutch at 14,000 miles, Do not buy a used car from this dealer!!! We purchased a used 2016 Dodge Ram with around 3,000 miles and we had to replace the clutch at 14,000 miles, not even a two months after purchasing the truck. The General Manager refuses to stand by the used cars he sells unless it is a Ford. The clutch was bad when we purchased the truck but we thought the noise we heard was normal for a Dodge, until the noise continued to get worse. The cost to replace the clutch was $2,000 dollars and we even asked if he would be willing to give us a few hundred dollars toward it, instead of the whole amount but he refused to do so. Also, the General Manager is impossible to get a hold of, he takes days to return phone calls. We have purchased dozens of cars over the years at various dealers across the country and we have never received such poor customer service as we have at this dealer. More

My experience has very been positive, especially when the Ford store moved to Lehigh Street. Victor Siegfried has been my service contact and he just gets it! He's been professional and consultative and I have yet to feel like I'm being "sold" something that I don't need. I'm sure they people in the trenches don't hear enough positive feedback from customers, so I wanted to make sure that Victor and his team knew they were appreciated. More
