Saved us time and money! Had to have the 2004 Explorer towed in on 5/23/18 when the alternator went bad. Had the truck back in 2 days. Good Service Experience! I made an appointment a few days before for a recall, oil change, a problem with the brakes and a check engine light. My free loaner car was waiting I made an appointment a few days before for a recall, oil change, a problem with the brakes and a check engine light. My free loaner car was waiting and went on my way. Later my service adviser called with what they found wrong and the costs. Needed new brakes and a sensor besides the oil change and the recall. All was done by that afternoon. Picked up the vehicle later that afternoon all washed and was on my way. More
