Reading is fundamental at for this car dealership I have never been so stressed in my entire life on 9/30/17. As a first time car buyer shopping around this is car experience is a horror story. Let me first off say that I'm referring to the associates at the Lauderdale location (but this complaint is still about the company brand as a whole) on what transpired. Jose was a great sales representative and he truly tired to help each way he can throughout this whole process (I can give him that much). I found this dealership through Truecar.com and the site stated a locked in price of 10,788 on a 2013 Kia Optima Ex. When I went to the finance department, Octavio put the price to 12,750 which was not the price agreed on. To add insult to injury lied about a warranty $1,870 staying it will be 75,000 miles extending the existing remain miles on the vehicle 48,300 (total will be 120,000 miles till warranty expired) which did not work out that way. Also the documents on the paper stated the warranty was for a new car and the docs I had were for a used(another red flag). At that point I told them I no longer want to do business with them to void the contract and shred it! I walked out. These guys are not transparent and want to rip you off each way they can. More

I am always looking for unique vehicles and being able to get the best deal possible. After shopping 30 days or so, online (Ebay, autotrader, KBB,etc.) I kept coming back to Haims for the car that I wanted. I took a drive out to their Ft. Lauderdale location, was introduced to Mario and he quickly assessed that I was ready to take a drive and off we went. Mario provided the CarFax report was knowledgable about all the cars on the lot, took the time to make sure I was having a good experience. We negotiated to a fair deal for both parties and they quickly got me in and out of financing. I HIGHLY recommend both Haims and Mario.
