I dealt with Lou three years ago when I ws purchasing a new truck unfortunately Lou could not find what I was looking for but if he could have I would have bought it from Hagerty. My experience with Lou was so good that we came back to Haggerty. Hagerty also fixed everthing the the wheel and gave us a spare programmed fob. We called after a week and noticed the heat was not as hot on the passnger side and Haggerty fixed the heat also at no charge Great people great dealership More

Honest and Customer Focused We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, whee We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300. More
