John Czech was our salesman and he was so incredibly nice, down to earth, and did not pressure us. He really wanted to make sure we loved the car before we started talking numbers. Chris Lucarelli made the haggling process very easy, we feel we got a great deal on our vehicle and trade. We also got to talk with Jack Emerson, the general manager, who went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Quote came back much lower than what KBB had. Gregg did increase the first quote but not to what was quoted on line. After deciding to sell just to be done with the ordeal he did offer a ride home from a porter which was a help with the distance and travel. Gregg was very friendly but still wish price/value was a bit better. After I sold it I got a quote for $500 more than what I accepted from Gregg. More
