Driving through the dealer lot we asked for directions to the CR-Vs. Chad pointed the way and ended up being our sales rep. He was very personable, helpful and not pushy which was important to us. After a test drive, we decided to buy and Chad was extremely helpful through the rest of the process. We would recommend Chad Black to anyone as the salesperon to ask for.
