Jim Smyly was very great to work with, he followed up with us even while on vacation. He also made it easy for us to test drive the vehicle we wanted and made the signing easy. I went to 7 different dealerships and at 6 of them no one came out to help me. Well, I lucked out because at the 7th dealership I met a man name Jim Smyly. Jim took not just 1 day but 2 different days to came out to help me. Well, I lucked out because at the 7th dealership I met a man name Jim Smyly. Jim took not just 1 day but 2 different days to help me decide on a car. I test drove new and used and with a little help from Jim, I drove off very satisfied with the choice I made. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. My experience with Jim and the dealership was wonderful. I will highly recommend both. If I am ever to purchase another vehicle, it will only be with Jim. Thank you Jim for everything you do! More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! Inquired about a Kia K5 online and was sent a payment calculator link from the internet sales manager from kia. After inputting all info and emailing the internet sales man online and was sent a payment calculator link from the internet sales manager from kia. After inputting all info and emailing the internet sales manager on 2 different occasions to verify these numbers were true and accurate, which i was told they were, i proceeded to the dealership. Upon arrival i test drove the car and then my salesman went to get the numbers. To my surprise when he returned back the numbers were $150 more than what I was being shown from their link they sent me and what the internet sales manager told me. I showed my salesman everything and he stated that his sales manager said the calculations are incorrect and is not working properly. This was all just a tool and a scam to get customers in the dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! More
I had to bring my vehicle in twice. Once for the original appointment that was supposed to take 45 minutes and wasn't finished for 2 hours. And the second time when I got down the road and noticed that the t appointment that was supposed to take 45 minutes and wasn't finished for 2 hours. And the second time when I got down the road and noticed that the technician didn't put the steering wheel back on flush with the dash and I had to turn around and come back. Now Matt would like me to come back a third time to take a look at a part that broke while I'm their care to make sure he orders to correct replacement. It's completely unacceptable customer service to ask that I make another 30 minute drive one way to determine what part is necessary when your service department was neglectful in the first place. Don't ask me to come out of my way to fix a mistake that I didn't create. More
Our salesman, Ben wasn't very knowledgeable of the car we were inquiring about which we were ok with. He focused more on the stereo's sound quality while turning it up super loud and the Apple Play capabilit were inquiring about which we were ok with. After the test drive, we came inside to talk numbers. Rather than talk about the car we had test drove he kept pushing the sale of used cars we were not interested in. I was in mid-sentence asking about the car's warranty information when he started motioning to a customer three tables behind me and trying to get them to take his business card. I decided that was enough for us to leave. I tried to hand the customer his business card on the way out which they declined so I handed it to another salesperson sitting by the door. Ben followed us out begging us to come back in. Customer service is important in this industry and working with another customer while you are waiting on one is unacceptable. Four days later we decided to purchase a 2021 Kia at Darcars Kia in Frederick. Our experience in Frederick was impeccable and the customer service was superb. I will be writing a review on their page as well. More
