Great experience I was very impressed with the Kia dealership. I had to get some service work done on my Kia and the process went very smooth. My wife and I were in the market for a mini van so I spoke with Jim while they worked on our vehicle. Jim showed us the new mini vans and I was very impressed. I expressed to Jim exactly what I was looking for and he did not push to sell us one from the lot but went a search out what we was looking for. He found exactly what we wanted down to the color. I left Kia feeling like part of the family. More

Worst experience I've dealt with trying to buy a car I'll start out by saying that I partially called this dealer because they got great reviews from other customers but boy was my experience far from go I'll start out by saying that I partially called this dealer because they got great reviews from other customers but boy was my experience far from good. I called this dealer and told them I was interested in a vehicle. I live 250 miles from the dealer and told them that would have to take off work and book a hotel to come purchase the vehicle. They wouldn't hold the vehicle for me. I took the day off work and booked my hotel room. They assured me the car would still be there even though they couldn't "hold" it for me. They then sold the vehicle the day before I was scheduled to come buy it. This type of behavior is was gives car dealerships a bad rap. I am furious as now I am out a vehicle, time and money from work, and had to pay to cancel my hotel room. Just shows that this place values money over good customer service and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. My actual sales rep was helpful (Frankie) until they sold the vehicle I was interested in. I have never been treated so poorly at a dealer. BEWARE that they only care about the bottom line. Customer service is at the bottom of the list. I have already contacted another dealer in the area about a vehicle and they were dumbfounded that they would not hold the vehicle for a customer who is traveling from 250 miles away to purchase. They also assured me that they would never treat a perspective customer in such a manner. They are holding the vehicle for me and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. More
