Frankie was very knowledgeable about the different cars available and was able to get me into a Honda Pilot within my budget. He knew I would have my kids with me to sign the paperwork so we did some texting ahead of time and he made the paperwork process quick and easy. The used car was newly on the lot and hadn’t had its body work (scratches) fixed yet. We set up a time and Frankie came to pick up my car at work to get the body work done. RECENT SERVICE (Windshield Replacement) I just bought a new Kia Optima, and am very happy about the purchase. There was a 3-inch, very faint, scratch on the driver's side windshield that I I just bought a new Kia Optima, and am very happy about the purchase. There was a 3-inch, very faint, scratch on the driver's side windshield that I thought would be an easy fix. The Kia service team recommended that it be replaced. I was not sure how the scratch got there, but they took care of it like the Champs they are. They are "Top-notch" and it shows. Pure professionalism! Thanks guys! More

Once again! Five weeks ago I bought my Forte5 at Hagerstown Kia and shared my outstanding experience. This past weekend I was out cruising car lots because my 83y Five weeks ago I bought my Forte5 at Hagerstown Kia and shared my outstanding experience. This past weekend I was out cruising car lots because my 83yr old mom wanted a small SUV (her '95 Mercury was beyond repair). We visited Kia last and for the first time my mom got out ouf the car because she spotted something that intetested her. And to my surprise there was my salesman Kevin Young just finishing up with another interested buyer on the lot. I called for him, he turned around, recognized me immediately and the rest is history. Long story short my mom bought the SUV and we are still talking about the great experience we had. All xxxxxxgo to Kevin Young again!
