He did present me with the cost for both issues, which is very helpful in keeping up with the necessary service and running conditon of my car, all while giving me what the expected cost will be. I so appreciate his personality. He is always very polite and professional. Never pressuring me, or making me feel like he is doing me a favor by waiting on me.
