I have purchased two new vehicles from Hagerstown Honda and have always been pleased with the customer service in the dealership. They will sit down with you and explain your options, help you pick out what you do and do not like and do what they can to get you in the car you want at the right price. The sales person I dealt with, Ciro, was very helpful and made the whole experience very smooth. Once I finally decided on the car to get, now came the finance part...of course I was dreading that, i know it's always a long process and just something you'd rather bypass so you can go out and drive your new car. However Matt in the finance office made the process very quick and easy. He is obviously very familiar with everything and he made sure I understood all the paperwork i was signing and was satisified with all the numbers. I would definitely recommend Hagerstown Honda to everyone I know, as all of my family members and many of my friends have purchased vehicles here as well. I've only purchased a Honda from one other Honda dealership and that was the worst car buying experience I've ever had...I'll never go anywhere else! More

So I'm leasing a car for the first time. They dropped my lease rate lower than we every thought they would so I could afford the lease deal. Then the night I went to pick up my car and sign the papers, a metting I was in ran long so I couldn't get there until after they were closed. Ray and Matt both stayed after hours to get all of my paper work signed and the keys in my hand. Ray even took time to give me the tour of my new car as well, with no rush with the questions I had. These guys are great! I enjoyed working with them and would recomend Hagerstown Honda to all of my friends. More

I bought a used 2003 Chevy S10. I am pleased with the truck and think it was a good buy for the price. Although I do not recommend using the bank they recommended for financing.. Matt greeted us at the front door and was very polite and helpful, i went in to purchase a 2010 ridgeline, i was trading in my 2007 pilot and they gave me a very good price for my pilot. Not only was matt great but another matt who worked in finance was also a great guy to work with, he got me a great rate and he knew the paperwork well, which made it easier on us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wishes to purchase new or used, this is my 2nd car from them and it was a non pressured experience. More

We found a used car online at this dealership. My wife decided to go take a look and test drive the vehicle. We decided to go back the next day and see if we could work out a deal for a trade in. We took another test drive, looked over the car, even tried out the car seats to make sure they fit properly. Randy, our salesman, even helped out. They gave me a great price on our trade in beating KBB and dropped the price on the car we were purchasing. I never once even had to haggle. They did better than what I had expected to get. Even through all the paperwork our salesman, the manager, and the financing department guided us through the entire process that night as painlessly as possible. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They took care of the transfer of tags (even though we live in the next state) and contacted our insurance agent first thing the next morning to give them all the information so we just had to call and confirm. Futhermore, the car is top notch. It is a 2007, with 30,000+ miles, but I cannot find the slightest bit of wear on the car, nor can I find one speck of dirt on the car, even under the hood. It rides smooth and the tires have to be brand new, or very close. I would definitely recommend Hagerstown Honda to anyone, and I will definitely head there for my next car puchase. More
