Am a USAA member and have a unique ZAG pricing through 3 other Honda dealers through my USAA membership. I purchased my '07 Odyssey EX-L/RES 4 yrs ago at Hagerstown Honda, which is also where I've been tak other Honda dealers through my USAA membership. I purchased my '07 Odyssey EX-L/RES 4 yrs ago at Hagerstown Honda, which is also where I've been taking care of it for service/maintenance. I have always had a very positive experience with their service, sales, and management depts. It earned me approaching them first with ZAG priced (highly discounted) cars to see if they could match/beat these other Honda dealerships. Bottom line, they did and more. They worked with me in every aspect of the deal to allow me to leave knowing that every T was crossed and every I dotted. They matched and even beat the other "exclusive ZAG priced" dealerships. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. They also worked out an incredible deal for my used Odyssey I was trading in with a neighbor of mine who was shocked at the way they dealt with him. These Honda folks, in all departments, gave me the feeling that they wanted to help me vs merely sell me a vehicle or get me out of their hair with some warranty repair or a simple oil change. No hard sell, no overbearing "smothering" by any salesperson, and no b.s. If they didn't know the answer to a question I had, they would find someone who did. I now own two Honda's, an SUV and a mini-van. I bought both at Hagerstown Honda and this evaluation is based on my experiences with both Sales and Service Departments since my first purchase in 2008 and my latest in 2010.
