I had been "thinking about" buying a new vehicle for quite some time, and the CRV always seemed to catch my eye. My husband and I had gone to many different dealerships to see different mak vehicle for quite some time, and the CRV always seemed to catch my eye. My husband and I had gone to many different dealerships to see different makes and models. I must say that NONE of the other dealerships or salespeople impressed us the way Ray Brosius and Hagerstown Honda did. Ray was very knowledgeable about the product, but he was not the least bit "pushy." The dealership itself was very clean and all of the employees were friendly. We first spoke with Ray in October, but told him we were not ready to buy yet. When we did decide that we were ready, I made it a point to call to make sure Ray would be there when we came over. I can truly say this has been the most satisfactory vehicle purchase I have ever made. I have always hated purchasing a new vehicle in the past. Everyone at Hagerstown Honda does that and does it very well. I requested an Internet quote from two local dealerships this past Saturday. Theresa Justice contacted me at home early on Monday with an excellent discounted price on a new Odyssey van and once I went into the dealership, she provided me with a fair price for my trade-in. Now, when I submitted my Internet request, I only listed my work number, but not my home number. Theresa found my home phone number and then contacted me at home. The other dealership only left a voice message on my work phone. I was comfortable and very pleased with the process of buying a new Odyssey from Hagerstown Honda from beginning to end. Theresa treated me with respect and didn't waste my time. We closed the deal on Thursday evening and my wife and I drove off in our new van. I highly recommend Hagerstown Honda and I highly recommend Theresa Justice as a salesperson for anyone looking for a new Honda. Brett Swain closed the financial end of the deal in very short order. He was quick, efficient and also, treated us with respect. Brett did not waste any time in getting the paperwork completed and putting us in our new Honda Odyssey. Overall, I am very impressed with Hagerstown Honda and will definitely go back to them again when I am in the market for another car. More
Ben really went out of his way to try to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted without being pushy. He was even willing to drive the vehicle up to PA to make it easier. I first called the dealership to get information over the phone. At first, I thought the sales rep. would just blow me off because I was not there in person; however, Kyle was quite friendly and extremely h phone. Soon, we drove quite a distance to meet Kyle in person and see the new pilots he had available in our price range. He was just as friendly and helpful in person, and we soon settled on buying one of the SUVs. Not only was our experience with Kyle great, but also our interaction with Brett, the financial manager, went smoothly, and he was a joy to deal with. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will see them first when we are ready to buy the next car. More
With the economic decline and increase in fuel prices, my husband and I chose to explore Honda vehicles. We visited several dealerships in the surrounding area, but none had the personality of Hagerstown Ho husband and I chose to explore Honda vehicles. We visited several dealerships in the surrounding area, but none had the personality of Hagerstown Honda. Our first purchase from Hagerstown Honda was a 2008 Civic which my husband rolled after four months. He sustained only a bruise from the airbag. Thereby we decided to again purchase a Honda. When we returned to Hagerstown Honda to replace that vehicle, we also purchased a Pilot Touring. We have returned to Hagerstown Honda numerous times for oil changes and Brandon, our salesman, always greets us at the door. Other employees as well, call us by name when we go into the dealership. Although I've never met the employees in the service department, I love the fact that I don't need to make an appointment for an oil change and that the wait is very minimal. We live two hours from the dealership and this makes for excellent customer service. Additional the service department keeps track of my maintenance schedule. Over the last two years, we've put many miles on the Touring and have just recently replaced both the Pilot and Civic with the 2011 models. We have recommended Hagerstown Honda to numerous individuals. We are loving our Hondas and more importantly, loving Hagerstown Honda, the service department, and our salesman, Brandon Fisher. More

My friend has bought a couple Honda's from Hagerstown Honda and recommended them. I went to look at the Odyssey and the salesman Ben was great. We test drove the car then he went through every feature on the car, not only to show me how it worked, but to make sure it worked. He found a few small things it needed and took care of them with no hassles. The overall condition of the vehicle as far as I am concerned is NEW condition even though it is a 2007 with 38K miles. It was in the condition as advertised. Ben went through all the figure$ with me on the computer and we negotiated a deal. I thought it was very respectful to share the computer screen with me during the pricing/negotiating time. Didn't try to hide anything. I have only had the Odyssey for a few days and couldn't be happier. The kids want to go out every morning and play in it. I highly reommend Hagerstown Honda and the Honda Odyssey EXL. Also, I forgot the financing managers name (sorry) but hew was great to work with. Very friendly. 5 STAR DEALER ALL THE WAY!!!!! Thanks. More

Ciro took us on a tour of the facility and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place. We did not plan on buying that night but ended up doing so after we were able to get the deal we had in mind. He was so friendly and made the whole buying experience pleasurable. Sales manager Dave was also very helpful and friendly in getting the deal closed. I would recommend these two guys to anyone. We love the new CRV. More
