I met Paul when I arrived at the dealer ship on March 20. I had looked at Fords, Toyota's. I was going to purchase one of these cars before the end of the March. The last car I looked at was the Honda Accord I had looked at Fords, Toyota's. I was going to purchase one of these cars before the end of the March. The last car I looked at was the Honda Accord. Pauls was very helpful. He went over the different Honda cars and I decided the Accord wqs the car I was interested in. We looked at the colors and interiors of the different Accords. He helped me find the Handa accord I was looking for. He worked up a price along with a trade in for my Nissan Truck. I went back to the three dealers and test drove the Ford and Toyota. I went back two days later and test drove the Accord. Again Paul was very helpful he again worked up a price that I was looking for. I purchased the new Accord on March 25, 2011. I first went to Hagerstown Honda about 1 1/2 years ago to buy a new car, the sales person that assisted me was Kyle Wilson. Kyle was so nice and was not the typical "pushy" sales person that you normaly meet buy a new car, the sales person that assisted me was Kyle Wilson. Kyle was so nice and was not the typical "pushy" sales person that you normaly meet at car dealerships. I was just there to look that evening but Kyle worked such a great deal for me I ended up walking out that night with a new car. Everytime I retured to the dealership for the next year and a half Kyle was always there to speak to me and (to my suprise) always remembered my name. He would ask me how my car was and if I was pleased with it and he would ask how everything else was going, he is a very personable person. I was recently involved in a accident and my Honda Civic was totalled. My boyfriend and I were so amazed at how well my Civic took the accident, we rolled the car 4-5 times and all 4 people that were in the car walked away with minor bumps and scrapes. Even though I live over an hour away from Hagerstown Honda I decided to go back to Kyle to buy my new car. I took the pictures of my totalled car to show Kyle, all of the sales people that were at the dealership that day were amazed at the pictures, they all came up to me and my boyfriend and shook our hands and told us how glad they were that we all were ok. The friendliness of everyone at Hagerstown Honda is what drew me back to the dealership, I have recommended this dealership to everyone that I know. More

I had been "thinking about" buying a new vehicle for quite some time, and the CRV always seemed to catch my eye. My husband and I had gone to many different dealerships to see different mak vehicle for quite some time, and the CRV always seemed to catch my eye. I must say that NONE of the other dealerships or salespeople impressed us the way Ray Brosius and Hagerstown Honda did. Ray was very knowledgeable about the product, but he was not the least bit "pushy." The dealership itself was very clean and all of the employees were friendly. We first spoke with Ray in October, but told him we were not ready to buy yet. When we did decide that we were ready, I made it a point to call to make sure Ray would be there when we came over. I can truly say this has been the most satisfactory vehicle purchase I have ever made. I have always hated purchasing a new vehicle in the past. Every time I walk into Hagerstown Honda, I am pleased to say that an employee always approaches and asks, "How may I help you." This is done in the spirit of making a good first impression. Theresa Justice contacted me at home early on Monday with an excellent discounted price on a new Odyssey van and once I went into the dealership, she provided me with a fair price for my trade-in. Now, when I submitted my Internet request, I only listed my work number, but not my home number. Theresa found my home phone number and then contacted me at home. The other dealership only left a voice message on my work phone. I was comfortable and very pleased with the process of buying a new Odyssey from Hagerstown Honda from beginning to end. Theresa treated me with respect and didn't waste my time. We closed the deal on Thursday evening and my wife and I drove off in our new van. I highly recommend Hagerstown Honda and I highly recommend Theresa Justice as a salesperson for anyone looking for a new Honda. Brett Swain closed the financial end of the deal in very short order. He was quick, efficient and also, treated us with respect. Brett did not waste any time in getting the paperwork completed and putting us in our new Honda Odyssey. Overall, I am very impressed with Hagerstown Honda and will definitely go back to them again when I am in the market for another car. More
