I happened to know Jeff Knepper from church, so thought that we'd give Honda a shot and stopped by. Most people would have written me off and not treated me with as much authority or respect because they knew me, but Jeff made it a priority to get us in touch with a like-minded sales individual (Ryan Dearing) ASAP. Ryan was headed out, but Paul was available and although I had to leave and come back, Paul drew up 3 multi-page reports on the different cars that we were interested in for us to look at the following night. From walk-in to drive-out, we felt important, and that our concerns were their concerns. There was even a time that we just HAD to go see another car from a different dealer and Ryan's words to my husband were, "I'd rather see you in a car that fits your needs than in a Honda if that's what works." I went into Hagerstown Honda after someone had totaled my previous honda. Josh was unable to find any of the banks they work with to assist me but instead of leaving me to my own devices, he recommended me to a credit union. The whole process was so easy as Josh faxed the bill of sales to the credit union and I was approved within one business day and picked up my new honda that same day. Negotiating on the price went smoothly. I did not feel hassled at all. Before I left, Josh took the car to fill it up with a full tank of gas, that was just icing on the cake. The other sales people were so friendly, periodically asking me if I was comfortable or needed any water, coffee or soda even though they weren't going to gain any commission from the sale. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend Hagerstown Honda/Kia to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. More
