Just a week or so after purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership, I started to hear a funny whistling whenever the car would reach a certain speed. As most vehicles don't whistle, I stopped by the dealership to speak with one of the guys who helped us in the purchase (Ryan Dearing) and he stopped what he was doing to hop in the car and have a listen for himself. Once he confirmed that the car was in fact making a noise that it shouldn't, he directed me to service and put me in contact with Ray who immediately set up an appointment for a technician to do a ride-along for further diagnosis. On the day of the appointment, I unwisely scheduled an appointment for 10 am thinking that I'd be wrapped up with everything by then. I got to the dealership at 7:30 am, Bill hopped in and took the ride-along with me so that he could evaluate the sound, was able to immediately tell me what the problem was and we returned to the shop so that they could repair. I was happy with my book & crochet while waiting in THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIRS EVER and enjoying coffee & a donut on them. As the time creeped closer to when I needed to leave, Ray was able to relay that information to the technicians and had my paperwork ready for me so that as soon as they had the car finished, I was able to hop in and drive off. My car no longer whistles at me and I (weirdly enough) am looking forward to oil changes, tire rotations and any other type of service needed with the dealer. More

Although he ranks VERY high with his quality of work, friendliness as well as the customer service, I always continue to shop around. On two occasions (as was the case this past weekend) my husband and I were even on our way to Bobby Rahal Honda in Mechanicsburg – their salesperson Brian was providing us with better numbers. However, the tenacity that Britton and Angelo displayed is why we turned around and drove to Hagerstown Honda. Britton is and always will be one of the best employees you have – no matter what his title. While at Hagerstown Honda this weekend Britton introduced us to the other person on your team that helped make the sale possible – Angelo. Angelo is another amazing salesperson (NEVER thought you would have two such stellar employees!), he was personable – but not pushy, he was very informative – knew his product very well but was not boring, and had an incredible personality. Both of these young men should be commended not only for their hard work and over the top customer service but for their integrity when it comes to selling your product. We will continually call Hagerstown Honda (specifically Britton and Angelo) for all our vehicle needs knowing without reservation they are completely honest when providing us with the best overall deal. My husband had his heart set on a mid-size family car even though we already own an SUV. I had it in mind to buy a car that get great gas mileage for point A to point B type travel. I happened to know Jeff Knepper from church, so thought that we'd give Honda a shot and stopped by. Most people would have written me off and not treated me with as much authority or respect because they knew me, but Jeff made it a priority to get us in touch with a like-minded sales individual (Ryan Dearing) ASAP. Ryan was headed out, but Paul was available and although I had to leave and come back, Paul drew up 3 multi-page reports on the different cars that we were interested in for us to look at the following night. From walk-in to drive-out, we felt important, and that our concerns were their concerns. There was even a time that we just HAD to go see another car from a different dealer and Ryan's words to my husband were, "I'd rather see you in a car that fits your needs than in a Honda if that's what works." Not many salemen would do that. Ever. I went into Hagerstown Honda after someone had totaled my previous honda. Josh was unable to find any of the banks they work with to assist me but instead of leaving me to my own devices, he recommended me to a credit union. The whole process was so easy as Josh faxed the bill of sales to the credit union and I was approved within one business day and picked up my new honda that same day. Negotiating on the price went smoothly. I did not feel hassled at all. Before I left, Josh took the car to fill it up with a full tank of gas, that was just icing on the cake. The other sales people were so friendly, periodically asking me if I was comfortable or needed any water, coffee or soda even though they weren't going to gain any commission from the sale. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend Hagerstown Honda/Kia to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. More
