I've had issues with my Pontiac for a long time, i had replaced every known part and had just about every problem associated with those cars. I was discouraged. I finally wanted to get rid of it. I wanted something newer, better, faster, and better on gas. I heard good things about Honda's, and I was looking at a 2013 Civic Si and the website pointed me to Hagerstown Honda, the closest dealership to my hometown, Cumberland. I ventured up on a Saturday morning with my dad, and found a 2012 Civic Si, in Black (the color I wanted, with Low miles). Luke introduced himself to my dad and I, and we talked casually about the issues I had been having and explained that I was interested in a test drive. He explained all the features and understood that I had limited experiences with a clutch, and even let me explore the feel of the car in the way I wanted by going on a windy road, highway drive, and even stop-and-go-traffic, while also giving me tips from his personal experience in racing as well. I said that I wanted the car, and I explained that I had a loan on the Pontiac already and it needed paid off. Luke was able to pull all of the loan information, and get me a good deal on the car and we brought it home in under 2 hours. He even bought us lunch, which was absolutely awesome. Luke was very kind and was able to explain everything, and even made small talk while we were waiting on the paper work to come back. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better. I walked out of there with key in hand, and a smile on my face. Please give this guy a seriously huge bonus or something, because he deserves it.
