I never thought this could happen! I have always said that I would have a Pilot one day because I just LOVE them! Angelo very patiently explained things to me and my husband, and never seemed irritated or annoyed at my one million+ questions. He was very polite and nice. He took time to explain all the new features of the Pilot, and even helped me hook my phone up with the Bluetooth. After Joy and I talked it over, we decided to purchase a Civic if the price was right. Matt went over the incentives we were entitled to such as free oil changes. He took our leased CRV into the service center to see what allowance we could get when purchasing the Civic. We were very pleased with the offer that was presented to us for the purchase of the Civic. Our other experience with the financial portion of the visit were also excellent. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Hagerstown Honda for our last vehicles. That is why we drove by, on our way from Chambersburg, PA, another Honda dealer. We prefer to deal with staff that provide the best prices and services in the area. We do not need a café, walking trail, putting green, etc. The experience was very positive from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. Our salesperson was friendly, but not pushy, and was very knowledgeable and made sure that we knew how to operate all the functions on our car before we left. He called the next day to reassure us of what he had said the night before—that he would always be available if we had any questions about our new vehicle. The sales manager seemed to really appreciate our purchase, especially since we were returning customers. The finance manager was very efficient and searched out great financing that matched our excellent credit score. I know there were people working behind the scenes that got our car ready and put on the additions that we requested. We did not have any contact with them, but they also must be excellent employees, judging from the condition of our vehicle when we took possession. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, we did do that when our son graduated from college and he is now driving a Hagerstown Honda car. We have learned to start and end our car search with Hagerstown Honda and we have never been disappointed. More
