Great Experience at Hagerstown Honda We started our CR V car search via the internet and was helped by Ian, the Internet Sales Manager. After some back and forth emails about packages, co We started our CR V car search via the internet and was helped by Ian, the Internet Sales Manager. After some back and forth emails about packages, colors and lease information we made an appointment to visit the dealership.. Ian met us and turned us over the Mat, a salesman, who was very knowledgeable about the CR V. He had the car ready for us to see and test drive. In the end we leased the CR V and traded in our car. After obtaining all needed information and a visit to the finance office - we had a CR V. Mat had the car detailed. filled with gas and set up my phone, and favorite radio stations,!!!! More

Pleasurable experience First time ever looking at Honda's. We decided on HH because of the location & variety of dealers in the same area. Wasn't sure what we wanted, SUV, car etc. Salesman John W. introduced himself, didn't pressure my wife & I at all. Allowed us to browse the lot to decide what we may be interested in. After a while we decided to test drive a few models,(Civic, Accord, CRV ) We decided on a Civic that was parked in the showroom, center stage. They offered low trade value on my very clean trade. Not really suprised by this because all dealers seem to do this, not my first time negotiating on a new vehicle. Disappointed by the offer, we discussed what I thought would be a fair value. They reconsidered their offer, ( more than doubled it) from $2,000 to $4,200. Which was just above what the reccomended value was on my trade. We were there for several hours & getting pretty hungry as the paper work started. They bought us lunch (pizza delivered ) and drinks. Offered the extended warranty & other sales gimmicks, we declined, again no pressure to buy any extras.John offered us a cold drink & more than delivered on my drink request ( 20 cold ones). He wasn't the best on showing all of the cars features, which were many, but all of the sales staff were very friendly they tried very hard to meet our needs. The negotiating was not as painful as I had anticipated. The only complaint we had was that we thought the amount offered for our trade-ins were very low. We were able to get a better price through the negotiating. After we had agreed on the price, we were told that they had mistakenly given us a discount that we were not eligible for. Todd did get the amount of the discount taken off our final price. Even after the sale, Todd has continued to help us. Todd made buying a car very easy. More

They are the most honest, caring, friendly, patient, knowledgeable people I have EVER dealt with. My salesman, Todd Haupt, was so wonderful to deal with. No matter how many tines he had repeat everything to me (and there was a lot) he was patient, gentle and took time to explain everything until there was no doubt as to what I just purchased. Ian, Dave and Jessie (I hope this is her name in finance) was so great to deal with. It is hard for me to remember all the names of these great people, but I thank God above for having the privilege to meet and deal with them. I will tell everyone to go to Hagerstown Honda for trust worthy deals and good honest people to deal with, who really do care more than just selling a car, they are there to make you happy and to work within your budget.
