I decided to contact dealers on the the western shore and the first four i contacted were willing to work with our offer. we did not buy the Pilot here but i was very impressed with the salesman i dealt with. his name was Aaron Schroyer. I was surprised to find that all salesmen are not the same. i dont think you could find a more honest and concerned person. i would highly recommend him to buy from at this dealer. he gave us the second best offer out of six dealers. Best Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had!! I test drove a CR-V on Friday and spoke with Nate and Dave about the price and deal I could get on the vehicle. I did not feel pressured in anyway wh I test drove a CR-V on Friday and spoke with Nate and Dave about the price and deal I could get on the vehicle. I did not feel pressured in anyway when asking questions and they understood that I was doing my research about the vehicles. We wanted to give our local dealership a chance to see what they could do. After being told at 3pm on a Saturday that we would have to come back Monday to buy the car we decided to come back to Hagerstown Honda. I had the other dealers price, which he said was the truecar.com price. He said it didn't get any better than the truecar.com price and it was a special price they were giving us. When we got back to Hagerstown I approached Dave and told him which car we were looking and without seeing the competitors price he beat it by over $300. By the time we got to Hagerstown they were an hour away from closing time, so based on our previous experience I asked if we would have to come back on Monday and Dave said, "No, you are taking your new car home tonight." So in less than 1 hour we had all the apps done, paper work signed, and Nate showed us all the features and even customized all the settings to our likings. We had never purchased a Honda before and based on this experience we will definitely be visiting Hagerstown Honda the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. I also recommend asking for Nate Janes when you go to visit them. More

Ciro is my salesperson and Darin makes financing a breeze. I am so excited about my new purchase - the Honda HRV which bowed in showrooms in May. The car is a hot model and Ciro found one for me at another dealership in the color and trim level I wanted. It wasn't too long that we discovered the vehicle was damaged prior to Hagerstown Honda's acquiring it. Once Dave, the sales manager received knowledge of this he thought the right thing to do was get me another model straight off the truck - they even installed some accessories as a mea culpa. I'm very impressed with their honest and straightforward process, both before and after the sale. I'll be back in a few years for another one, thank again! More
