Hagerstown Honda began operation in November 1990 and moved from our temporary location on Frederick Street to the I-70 Auto Mall in July of 1991. Many of our original 12 associates are still members of the Hagerstown Honda team as are many that joined our growing operation in the early 1990s. We are very proud that so many of our associates in all departments remain part of our organization.
In 1997, we added KIA vehicles to our product offerings and completed our new Honda building in 2000, which is twice the size of the new building completed in 1991. We have been very fortunate that many of our customers continue to buy their new and used vehicles from us year after year. We have grown to become one of the top Honda dealers nationwide and with over 3,000 customer deliveries each year, Hagerstown Honda is western Maryland's largest automotive dealer.
As we continue to grow and expand on our 15 acre complex, our goal is always to serve our customers' better. The internet has allowed our new customers to learn more about our service, our inventory and our commitment to customer satisfaction before they drive on the lot. The internet has also allowed our existing customers to make service appointments, purchase parts or just learn more about the exciting new products that come from Honda and KIA every year. I cant say enough about the entire staff, especially their efforts in getting me into the exact model with the options and color I wanted at a price I can feel good about. My salesman, Ciro was patient, thorough, and most important to me, he listened to my concerns and was in no way pushy or high-pressured. I really appreciated that characteristic because it allowed me the time I needed to make up my mind. I have already recommended this salesman and dealership to a woman I met in the parking lot at Weis and will continue to do so as the opportunity presents itself. Great staff John was an excellent sales Rep. I traveled 1 1/2 hours to get there. I was extremely tired after 3 hrs of business :( they prepped the car for me to John was an excellent sales Rep. I traveled 1 1/2 hours to get there. I was extremely tired after 3 hrs of business :( they prepped the car for me to take home. On the way home I struggled to get home because the windows were so smeared up and it was dark. I would've never let that car go out like that to a customer . They Buffed out half the hood.. that was crazy! Now I have to come back to sit another 2 hours to get the car buffed out. Yes it was kinda late but should of had more employees help to finish the car properly before me taking it home so I didn't have to make another trip out! It looks really bad, smeared windows & spots all over it. I had to clean the windows to safely drive it. I am extremely pleased with your staff & sales Rep. they worked with me & were so kind & made sure I was taken care of. Thank you . More

Service I must say i was disappointed in the last few times i had my truck serviced at this location, reason i went back was its the closest to my home. i too I must say i was disappointed in the last few times i had my truck serviced at this location, reason i went back was its the closest to my home. i took my truck in for the same issue several times to hear its old, can't find anything wrong etc. but this time the Tech who worked on it found all the issues that was wrong. got them fixed and i drove my truck on the highway smiling because it felt like it use to before the issues and i was very happy. I mean i love this truck its my baby and to have the Tech find what others couldn't i was compelled to give a review. Nothing like getting your car that you so love back to its old self. thank you.
