I mean, come on, John is da bomb when it comes to his knowledge of a Honda vehicle. He explained everything even down to how to open the gas cap which I will admit I probably wouldn't figure out unless I knowledge of a Honda vehicle. He knows a lot about the products and was very helpful; made the sale easy and fast for us but most importantly, gave me the assurance that I needed to proceed with ease after our particular circumstances.
